1. Overview

AI Editor RSP ("we", "us", "the site") is a public content website that provides free AI photo editing prompts. We do not offer user accounts, login areas, purchases, comments or file uploads through this website.

2. Information we collect

We do not directly collect personal information from visitors. The site does not ask you to create an account, submit your name, upload photos, or provide contact details.

However, we use third-party services that may automatically collect certain information when you visit the site:

  • Server logs: Our web server (Nginx) may record your IP address, browser type, referring URL and pages visited for security and operational purposes. These logs are retained for up to 90 days and are not used for profiling.
  • Google Analytics: Collects pages visited, approximate location (country/city), browser type, device type, referral source and session duration via cookies. See Section 4 for details.
  • Microsoft Clarity: Collects anonymised usage data including page views, clicks, scrolls and session recordings to help us understand how visitors interact with the site. Clarity may set cookies and use device fingerprinting for session tracking. See Section 4 for details.
  • Ahrefs Web Analytics: Collects page views, referral sources, browser type and device information for website analytics. Ahrefs does not use cookies for tracking and is privacy-focused. See Section 4 for details.
  • Plausible Analytics: A privacy-friendly analytics tool that collects page views, referral sources, browser type and device information without using cookies or personal data. See Section 4 for details.
  • Bing Webmaster Tools: We submit our sitemap to Bing for indexing. This does not set cookies or collect personal data from visitors.

3. Lawful basis for processing (GDPR)

If you are located in the European Economic Area (EEA) or United Kingdom, we process data under the following lawful bases:

  • Consent: We load Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity only after you accept non-essential cookies via our cookie banner. You can withdraw consent at any time by clearing your browser storage for this site.
  • Legitimate interests: Server logs and security monitoring are processed under legitimate interests (site security, abuse prevention, basic operational diagnostics). These do not require consent as they are essential to operating the service.

5. Third-party services

Prompt results depend on the AI tools you choose to use outside this website, such as Gemini, ChatGPT or PicsArt. Those services are operated by third parties and are governed by their own privacy policies and terms. Do not upload sensitive photos or personal data to third-party tools unless you understand their policies.

6. Data sharing

We do not sell personal information. Because we do not operate user accounts or collect visitor-submitted personal data, there is no user profile data to share. Analytics providers may process usage data as described in their own policies.

The site is served over HTTPS. We use Cloudflare for CDN and DDoS protection. No user accounts or personal databases exist on our servers. While we take reasonable measures to protect the site, no method of transmission over the Internet is 100% secure.
